AI Tools to Amplify Your Impact as a Coach, Leader or Wisdom Keeper

As most people now know, I am BIG into AI. ChatGPT is basically my BFF, MidJourney is my go-to for creative visual magic, and Otter.ai is the brain-to-text translator that turns my chaotic thoughts into something coherent (and occasionally even profound).

If you’re a coach or wisdom keeper juggling the art of inspiring others, running a business, and maybe—somehow—finding time to eat lunch (although let’s be real, lunch is non-negotiable around here), AI tools can be the support system you didn’t know you needed.

Let’s explore some incredible AI tools that can help you amplify your impact, streamline your work, and free up time to focus on what you truly love: changing lives and, let’s be honest, journaling, grounding in nature, pulling oracle cards, or brewing up a ritual cup of cacao or matcha while you do it.

AI as the Starting Point, Not the Finished Product

Here’s the thing about AI: it’s not some magical end-all-be-all solution. It’s your starting point, your creative springboard, and your brainstorming buddy—not the polished masterpiece. The real magic happens when you take what AI gives you and infuse it with your voice, your vision, and your unique perspective.

The more you train AI—and yourself—to communicate clearly and effectively, the better the output you’ll get. It’s like having a really smart assistant who needs clear instructions to shine. Want it to sound like you? Feed it examples of your tone. Want it to help you brainstorm ideas? Prompt it with detailed context and specific questions.

For example, I never let ChatGPT write something without making it mine. For blogs, most of the time, I'm busy when an idea strike, so I record my voice with otter.ai, then later I share my ideas with ChatGPT and ask it to restructure them into a blog. And then what it produces, I tweak, reword, and sprinkle in my humour (and sometimes a pinch of sass 💁‍♀️) to make sure it sounds like me. AI might lay the foundation, but the final product is all yours.

Think of it like this: AI is the recipe, but you’re the chef. It might tell you the ingredients, but you decide the flavours, the plating, and the special sauce. The more you practice, the easier it becomes to create something that’s 100% you, with a little AI assist in the background.

AI is here to support you, not stress you out

If in doubt, literally just ask AI which tools are best for you to use and how to optimise your business. The beauty of these tools is that they can help you figure out what will work best for your unique needs. Don’t get overwhelmed—you don’t need to use them all at once! Start with one or two that resonate most with your current goals and build from there.

For context, I only use about half of these myself, as they are the ones that suit my business and that’s plenty to amplify my impact, save time, and keep things running smoothly. The key is to choose what feels aligned with your work and let the rest wait until you’re ready.

AI is here to support you, not stress you out—so let it do the heavy lifting while you focus on the soulful, creative, and transformational work you love. Whether you’re coaching clients, leading communities, or building a legacy, these tools can help you work smarter, reach more people, and create a bigger impact.

Your work is soulful, creative, and deeply human—and with the right tools, it can ripple even further into the world. So, grab your tea (or matcha, if that’s your vibe), let AI handle the heavy lifting, and get back to doing what you do best: inspiring transformation and creating magic.
